How did the Tigers do last night? They beat Royal a 2a team 20-0 last week. They should be 2-0 going into La Grange next Friday. They will be facing their first real test after openning the season against two weak opponents. The Leps, as usual, have a buzz saw openning schedule with Yoakum, Gonzales and then Sealy. It should be interesting to see which theory holds water: a schedule that is weak builds confidence in a young team; a schedule that is tough builds toughness in a young team.

They really took it to Needville, 57 - 28 I think.

I just checked it out a little further. Needville was winning at the half but Sealy scored 34 unanswered points in the 2nd half. Andrus had 35 carries for 300 yds and 6 TDs. Not a bad nights work.
