I think this game could be closer than some people think. I know the Mustangs lost alot of skilled position players to graduation on the offensive side of the ball, but the people that I talk to in Sweetwater seem to think the Mustangs will be much better than people give them credit to be. They seem to think that the defense will have to keep them in the games early in the season until the offense can mature.

The Coyotes have one year under their belt in the spread offense. They have some wheels and from what I heard looked pretty good in scrimmage vs. Brownwood.
Gotta go with Old High in this one.
Sweetwater has too many question marks this early in the year.

I'm gonna agree with you on this one. Sweetwater will make it close but I'm not sure they are experienced enough to do what it takes to win this early in the season. However after Sweetwater's preseason schedule I think they will grow tremendously and make a good run into region 1.

i do believe you are right with this one........Sweetwater graduated too many ppl with my class...and not to mention. Thomas Holsey is hurt and out for this game....so unless they surprise everyone..i fear a loss this week

to save Wallace for defense since W.F. runs four WR's. He's our
