Good news indeed! Also Lubbock won the third place conselation game. USA did well this year.

any one of the final four teams could have won it. very good games. and congrats to georgia.

man. I was so frustrated that Lubbock lost to Georgia. Had Garrett williams been able to pitch, Lubbock wins. Plain and simple. That kid is amazing, to already consistently throw the ball 78-80 miles an hour at age 12. I have never seen a better little league pitcher.

he needs to take care of that arm. will be worth big bucks some day. maybe the next randy johnson?

I agree zebra! They were all four great teams. Tokyo, Japan was the heavy favorite though. They play good baseball in Japan and Tokyo has a lot of players from which to pick.
