During the playing of videos the clips keep stopping to buffer. I do have a high speed internet. Any suggestions?

From the net.

Why do the clips sometimes stop?
To watch a clip at a particular speed, you must maintain a constant data transfer rate. This means that net congestion, packet loss, or an overpopulated Internet Service Provider may interfere with the transmission of the clip. If a constant data rate cannot be maintained, the clip may pause to buffer a portion of the clip. The clip will play again when the buffering is complete.

Which program is this? Media player?

Go to help, and look at all the settings information. You may need to try some different options.

Just let it play a second then pause it until it loads some more. Video won't instantly load up and take a few seconds
