Never before has a member hit 5000 on the same day that another hits 20000! As long as Rita makes one more post, she'll have that 20k mark.

They say that quality is more important than quantity, and I think pirate4state has me beat at both! Congrats to Rita for all the hard work and for putting up with all of our crap!

Actually, it shouldn't... Grammatically speaking, the silent H in historic gives way to a leading "an" which is used in cases of words starting with vowels... :)

I am not being rude here and mean no disrespect. But 20,000 or 5,000 for that matter post, get a job or see a counselor for internet addiction or something.

Congrats or i'm sorry on the mile stones, which ever may apply.

Congrats or i'm sorry on the mile stones, which ever may apply. I have a job. I do need the name of a good counselor. Care to recommend anyone?

You wouldn't happen to be the well-known post-count hater schu1213 in disguise, would you?

I guess phone book under internet addiction.

Might need to have a talk with the boss about a little more to keep ya busy, unless of course you are the boss and more power to ya.

Just to clarify again, This is all in fun, and I do not want to offend anyone

Nope. From the initials, I probably used to work with that guy.

I'm not offended. I recognize I have a problem. Hell, most of the time we welcome people to their latest addiction when they join!

lol..I actually didn't post nearly so much until I DID get a job...then I realized that with all the hours I spend sitting in my cubicle waiting for time to pass, I could at least find something fun to do...hence, I started frequenting this site more often, and have made over 500 posts in the last two weeks!

Taking out the H is Un-Texan and should result in exile to a northern state!

I've always enjoyed saying Houston without the H though around folks not from Texas. Drives them absolutely crazy if you don't pronounce that H! :)
