People in Iowa Park always said the Hawks were in the toughest district in the state, this just solidifies it.

yes it was a tough district in '06, but the article is just one more person's opinion :p

Sinton is in the toughest district. It includes Sinton - nuff said and also

Mathis - went to state a few years ago and always dangerous indeed.
Ingleside - went very far in the playoffs last year and they still have their dynamic young coach and inspiring staff to lead them.
Aransas Pass - will be improved. Once they went to the quarterfinals.
West Oso - they have been in the playoffs several times. Plus as you know "BEWARE OF THE HOWING BEAR!"
Orange Grove - a playoff contender every year and they just barely lost to Ingleside last year. Very scary indeed.

Ok Phil sorry dude
1. Sinton-is ok but they are not in the top programs in the state

2. Mathis got killed by LE then and they only made it because 1. Someone has to win region 4 and 2. They beat Gatesville in the semis. and 3. LE played all the good teams to get there and 4 Sealy was in Division 2. Yes Mathis beat Burnet on their way to the finals. And talking to a Coach on the Mathis staff he said they were just lucky at the draw and they really didn’t play anyone. This is an example of what the 2 division playoff system has done. Make many people think they are great.
Mathis (9) 1948,72,90,97,98,99,2000,01,03
Notice the playoffs came after the 2 division in 1998
Before that they have 4

3. Ingleside won the region. Look someone will win the region. Someone will play in the semis. Just cuz you are there just means you are the best in the region. Ask Palestine. They were studs last year and didn’t get out of region. And they were WAY better than Ingleside along with WC, which had a good year, but they ain't in that class.

4. AP-ONCE? They went to the QF in region 4 When?
Aransas Pass (12) 1931,34,36,37,41,52,62,84,87,98,99,2002
Actually Semi's in 98 same year Mathis made finals
And 3 of those after the 2 division in 1998 last was 87 before that
SEMIFINALS: Daingerfield 21, Childress 10
Newton 29, Aransas Pass 15
SEMIFINALS: Liberty-Eylau 46, Lamesa 16
Mathis 19, Gatesville 14
FINALS: Liberty-Eylau 49, Mathis 6

5. West OSO?
Corpus Christi West Oso (14) 1952,85,86,87,88,91,96,98,99,2000,02,03,04,05
1/2 is after the split
They have been good but have they won the region and played in the semis? I don’t think so but they may have. Please post their playoff runs.

6. Orange Grove
Orange Grove (15) 1947,76,77,82,83,89,94,96,98,2000,02,03,04,05,06
As good as West Oso? Actually a little better
But still no powerhouse

Actually the purpose here is to tell everyone how though your district is
So that when you breeze through it
You can then elevate your status
Make our opponents look tough so when we beat them we look better
No different than the BCS which is BS
Where the key now is schedule cupcakes to stay unbeaten

Look someone will win each region
Just cuz you are in the LAST 4 don’t mean you’re in the TOP 4 or 10 or 20
Lots of smoke here lol

DCTF
Ingleside number 9
LaVernia 17
Pleasenton 18
Medina Valley 19
Cuero 22

No one from your dist is to be seen
Yeah real tough

Sorry Phil

3-3A Snyder 3 -Andrews 15 -Greenwood 20
6-3A Vernon 11-Graham 8
16-3A LE 2 TPG 13
9-3A Celina 6 Prosper 21
21-3A Kirbyville 12 WOS 16 Silsbee and Jasper who ARE state powers
23-3A Giddings 1 Bellville and Navasota and LaGrange who ARE state powers

All of these are way better Phil
Sinton may not win the dist?

Ok now bash me
But please try to back it up with numbers or facts
Not just

"Plus as you know "BEWARE OF THE HOWING BEAR!"
or
"nuff said "

Yeah that makes your dist better

Btw
Burnet (21) 1926, 45, 51, 52, 53, 55, 62, 74, 82, 87, 90, 91, 92, 95, 99, 2000, 01, 02, 03, 04, 06

7/21 were after the split in 98

Prior to this realignment the 19-3a district with Hutto, Rockdale, Cameron Yoe, Giddings, Smithville, La Grange, Caldwell, and Manor was the toughest in the state.

Smithville needs to be in region 4 lol La Grange, great? I think they didn't win but 1 or 2 district games each year.

Playoffs were a fight with Hutto, Cameron, Giddings, Caldwell, and Rockdale.

Manor, La Grange, and Smithville were kinda in the back of the pack.

"WAM" Buggs Bunny lol la Grange was great in Region IV but when they came to region III and district 19 that year they were horrible. Last year they were decent, yes. But those two years in district 19 were bad for them.

WAM I can't recall how many they won or lost. I know we shut them out at home their first year in Region III. Ty graduated in 02, correct? That doesn't explain how 2 or 3 years later they did that bad. I played against them I know how bad they were and was in the district.

Don't call me son either you are not my father and no way related to me and if you were I would not claim you what so ever.

Their first year in region III in our district they only beat Smithville and Manor(maybe). Get off of La Granges jock.
