I say David Beckham has a better shot at being a kicker in the NFL than Reggie could at playing soccer.

I disagree...Reggie has great footwork and probably played soccer (at least a little bit) growing up. Beckham has probably never played football, and kicking a football is completely different than kicking a soccer ball.
