Following along with some colleges, A&M, UT, Wisconsin and others, Johnson and Johnson has apparently filed suit against the American Red Cross for copyright infringement.
I saw on Channel 2 news out of Houstin this morn that Johnson and Johnson has filed lawsuit against The Red Cross (over the Red Cross), saying that the red cross is registered trademark of J&J.
I couldn't find it on internet though. I did find the below statement on Johnson and Johnson website below.
The RED CROSS Design is a registered trademark of JOHNSON & JOHNSON.
Products bearing this trademark have no connection with the American National Red Cross.
