Yeah, but I think they're working defensive drills in the picture. The scout team wore the orange condom hats back when I played, but it could be in reverse too. ;)

I don't know what we run anymore--we're on the second coach since I left. However, in 2002 we ran a hybrid 4-3/4-4, with the front line shifted to the strength, the LBs shifted over that, and a safety-type player lined up on the weakside like a LB at all times. It was an interesting scheme. Didn't work all the time, but fun to run if the right personnel was in place.
