Yup. Tomorrow morning I get to practically say goodbye to my wife and son for at least the next 4 months. But I can't complain, I'm doing what I love.

my wife and I have always done well during football season. The thing you have to do is give up things that you might want to do when not working in order to get max time with your wife. She comes to some practices and on weekends if Im not working we are spending time together. Its the only way to make it work. On Sundays after work would I like to watch some NFL on tv? Maybe so but I give that up to spend time with her.

I will be working a little more this year because I have a little more responsibility but we are looking forward to it

good luck to all the coaches & their families...it is unbelievable the amount of time that these men & women spend AWAY from their family during their respective seasons.
