If you watched any of the NFL hall of fame today, you might have seen Bobby Franklin as a presenter. I used to belong to the country club in MS where Bobby Franklin lived on the sixth fairway.
What a career he had. All American at Ole Miss, Suger Bowl MVP, defensive back for Cleveland Browns, holder for Dempsey, four super bowl rings as a coach for the Dallas Cowboys, and two national championships at Northwest Mississippi CC as head coach. The field there is named for him.
Not a bad resume.
