Field turf going in at Graham HS (pic)

They are gonna be working some long nights trying to get that done. Forney had dirt up like that back in late may/early june.

It seems so weird to see a field with trees around it!!

The only trees we have close to ours are the ones in the Cemetery right next door!:D

I have fond memories of that stadium.. thats where I scored my first and only touchdown of my h.s. career.. maybe they will let me have a piece of the old grass to put on my trophy case :thinking:

I bet he'll get some pics posted if he can fit it into his busy schedule.. :) seems he is "on the road" alot lately :p I hope they get the turf in place on time - A couple of years ago - Cuero was having a new track put in and there was a snafu and all this red-tape stuff - anyway - long story short - they finished painting the stripes @ 2AM the morning of Gobbler Relays...........

you're telling me. Even when I'm home on the occassional weekend ot seems like I have something going on all the time. Quite frankly I want a break. At least I'm home the next 2 weekends and 3 of the next 4 before fall treks to Lubbock (football games) and Vegas (2 weddings) start up....

Yall missed it, back in the day, the trees were full and you couldnt see from the road. its was like part of the home field advantage....wicked cool
