That's one of the main reasons I moved out of the Austin area. Driving in traffic for over 2+ hours everyday got old.

haha...I was on that show (on accident) one time. One of my good friends lived in the same apt complex as one of the SWAT guys. One day he's walking out of the complex in uniform while "giving an interview" to a TV camera...and I was walking from my car to my friends apt. I walked past the camera...gave a quick "wink, wink" that was way too obvious...and went on my way. Sure enough...I made it onto the show! :)

I wonder which one, that's too bad.

One of the episodes I saw last night showed what potential candidates for the Swat team in Dallas go through. There were 3 positions available and 50 applicants from all over the country. Very rigorous try-out and a highly regarded program it seemed.
