I am from Lafayette but, I lived in Dallas until I got out of high school in 79. I played for Spruce Apaches and now I live in East Texas...
East Texas will be my home until they put me in the ground.....

Thanks PPHSfan, the #10 for Wills Point should get better as we go in to the District play.
I am looking forward to the up coming games, they should have gone deeper into the play-off's the last 3 years but, things happen.
This year and next year should be good season for the Tigers and then they will be in a rebuilding stage after that.
Thanks again,
Cajun

Them where the good old days when players and coaches could get together after a game and have dinner are what ever you want because you where all close. "That is what I call working together as a team" There are too many Politics in high school sports today...

Cajun1 Lafayette is just 20 miles east of where i grew up! Home of the rice festival. Just about all of my family still lives there. I have inlaws who coach at 2A Iota and 3A Crowley, both of which are former state champions, Iota being the most recent.
