It was like that before they moved. Apparently someone was banned from a thread, but was smart enough to just go back and edit old post to keep on the conversation.

And the 15 minute editing rule was supposed to have been in effect since day 1 - thanks for pointing out to us that that feature was missing/not working.

I got banned from an immigration thread the first day they used the ban from thread thing. And I was like, hmm, let me try editting my reply. And it worked. But I never did it again. I was hoping I could use that in the future, but someone spolied it.
