just heard on espn that the giants will fine Michael Strahan $14,228 for every day he misses camp and it starts last friday.

officially, he hasn't retired...but I guess the Giants are trying to force him to show up...but if I'm him and I'm sitting off the fence, I think I just fell into retirement when I realized that I'd have to pay $50k if I decided to show up...

ya but $50K to him is nothing, it wouldnt suprise me to see him cut before its all done w/

They won't cut him though...because IF he decided to ever play again, he'd be a free agent and could go to Dallas or Philly just to P.O. the Giants...they'll keep him on the roster as an inactive player or find some list to put him on so that they maintain his rights.
