I just sent a PM to a buddy from CC about it - haven't heard if it touched down or not - is FM 774 the road between Refugio and Tivoli (the one you turn off to Bayside on)?
(11:36 a.m.) Funnel cloud spotted in Refugio County
A funnel cloud was spotted over northeast Refugio County at 11:13 a.m. today near Farm-to-Market Road 774, prompting the National Weather Service to issue a special weather statement. [more]
from the Victoria Advocate

FM 774 is indeed the road from Refugio to Austwell-Tivoli
That's a totally different funnel cloud than the one I heard of...
San Patricio and Refugio Counties were under a Tornado Warning until 11 AM due to a funnel cloud "that was a tornado at times" over US 77 between Sinton and Woodsboro (quote was from Channel 6 special weather report at about 10:45)

One of my officers got some video of this tornado with his unit cam, but it is still on vhs right now. If I can get hold of it, I'll post it later.
