Lindsay Lohan says shes innocent...shocker!

LOS ANGELES, Calif. (July 24, 2007) - Lindsay Lohan has gone on the record about her arrest, communicating only with Access Hollywood's Billy Bush.

When Billy e-mailed Lohan asking if everything was OK and if there was anything she wanted him to get out there for her, she responded, "Yes. I am innocent... did not do drugs they're not mine. I was almost hit by my assistant Tarin's mom. I appreciate everyone giving me my privacy."

Billy had just finished discussing Lohan's situation on CNN's "Larry King Live" when he received the message.

This morning's arrest was Lohan's second for an alleged DUI in less than three months.

although, if you search 'lindsay lohan cocaine' under google images, you can see some pictures of her snorting coke in a club bathroom

The coke was found in her pants pocket. She sounds like some of my old clients..........the cocaine wasn't mine....it belonged to somebody else. It is not ownership that you get charged on, it is POSSESSION. Pack your toothbrush Lindsey Blowhan.
