Does anyone or can confirm if Dick Bivins Stadium in Amarillo put in electrical outlets for electric blankets in the stands. I was told they did when they renovated it a couple of years ago. They put in the synthetic grass and fixed the place up but cannot confirm about the outlets. thanks.
