Mutant grasshoppers

I hate them! All we have in east Tx are the little green grasshoppers. Which I am not fond of anyway....but up here, there are those massive mutant grasshoppers that are poisonous and gigantic and aeronautic and creepy. Ok so maybe they arent poisonous....but ARGH they creep me out!!!!!!

I don't like bugs that jump on me.....I never kill bugs....with the exception of flies, and roaches....but urgh, argh....these things are everywhere up here, and they just rest in packs on your windows. :helpme:

hey buffy...bad thing is....they don't start getting really bad around here until late august, early sept.

and they are hard as hell to kill
the good insecticides that worked in the past are no longer available
these eating machines will strip all the vegetation off your landscape plants if you let them
we need to bring in seagulls like the Mormans did

you know what i just cant stand about these bugs, the mess they make on your car...... i drive alot of county roads.... They hit your windshield and sound like rocks.... i am just waiting for one to crack my windshield.........:mad:

Yep!! I watched one of those big green grasshoppers land on my daughter when she was little and proceed to open his mouth and chomp down on her arm.

He died a slow, painful, death underneath her brother's bicycle tire!!:D :D
