Read the article, instead of losing the money on the festival they are going to spend it on expanding the brewery.

yah, it's sad, but they said they'd like to try something next year, just working on expanding and stuff...

I was at the very first one when it was held during track season back in March

Tickets were free- Robert Earl Keen headlined

It rained most of the day and was cool and dreary

remember they had a polka band and a guy was playing electric guitar-dont know how he didn't get shocked

It was a wild one and got home home before midnight the worst for wear


Had backstage pass with free food and beer dont remember much

Also about 8 years ago went- started pouring down rain in the late afternoon

Walked through ankle deep water to get back to car . it was canceled

didn't read this article because I read a couple more plus watched it on the news, but I'm hoping they continue with Shiner BASH... the other two articles and the news broadcast didn't mention anything about it...
