Wimberleys is pretty stout.

Giddings at home in week 0. then they play on the road ( in no order) at Liberty Hill, Liberty Eyleu(in waxahachie), @Abilene Wylie, at dripping springs which is always a tough battle between the 2. and I believe some team from Cypress falls, i know they are 4a or 5a. it would of been houston st thomas but they backed out of the 2 year agreement.

that sounds like the toughest schedule i've seen in 3A so far

Wimberley website sats Cypress Wood.

Not sure about them, but the Cy-Fair ISD website says they don't have a varsity team. Only 2 Fish, a sophmore, and a JV team. JV plays Wimberly on a saturday. Or thats what the internets say.

Sinton has the toughest. Besides playing against the team that has strongly competed for State the past few years at at away game we have to face four 4A teams that have been tough in their districts. This has to be toughest. Hopefully a more sensible schedule will be done in the future against 3A schools.

August 31 against Cuero in Cuero! Against possible the best team in state in the first game. A tough beginning.

September 7 Gregory-Portland in Sinton. G-P is mad about last year and they have had powerful 4A teams in the past.

Sept. 21 Beeville in Beeville. This team is a powerful 4A team and they use trick plays to beat Sinton. I wonder what Coach Sosa will have this year.

Sept. 28 Robstown in Robstown. This team is fast improving even in tough 4A plus the game is in Robstown. That increases the risk.

Oct. 5 Port Lavaca in Sinton. Another powerful improved team in 4A. Very scary indeed!

Who came up with this schedule? Isn't ther some 3A schools that would like to play us? I remember we played some great games with Raymondville in the past.

a 9-3 playoff team
a 7-4 playoff team
and a 4-6 4A

combined 58-19 last year average 9.6-3.8
they averaged playing a 9-3 team those weeks
almost 10-4
incredible

and yes I know those teams were not 13-1 ect till the end of the season

that they beat the previous year?

Being a PL alulmnus, I have to agree with burnet. The Crabs are improved, no doubt. But their stud hoss is gone. But a 4A powerhouse, they aren't. Yet.
