I would like to have the ability to post a picture from time to time in my message or signature. Would someone who has the authority to allow this PLEASE give me permission?

Well, your tutorial requies my pics to be somewhere else on the web, which I would rather avoid. Aparently the Admin can grant permission to attach it directly from my computer. That is what i am trying to do.

That requires you to use the "attachment" feature.
