Go to DCTF and vote for the Cuero Gobblers who are in the state finals for best state mascot. Right now they are in second place behind 4A Breckenridge Battlin' Billies. Cuero is representing 3A. Vote for the Gobblers!!

The Poll ends noon Monday. Also, the Fredricksburg Battlin' Billies are in the lead. I thought it was Breckenridge. I was close!:D

Well I'm partial to my fellow Germans down there in Fredricksburg, but I can go vote for Cuero just because that mascot may be just a tiny bit more unique than the Battlin' Billies. Really like both mascots though!

I saw the brackets....They went with the Red Ants of Progreso over the Tarpons of Port Isabel. *sigh*

Oh well, at least it gives Progreso something to celebrate, I guess. The sad part of it all is.....they probably aren't even aware of this.

I bet next year they'll go with the Tarpons instead, and it'll be the Tarpons representing Region IV and possibly all of 3A.
