love to see props props for RC. watched them last year against L/E and they were in the game until the last play. unfortunately, me and G2 would have to sit on opposite sides. thats no fun for me, cause his 12 trips in the nacho line are quite entertaining. this could happen.............or not..............them blame leopards from L/E got lots to say about it. BTW.................only 127 days..............give or take until G-town vs. L/E...........part 2.....................it's gonna happen.............i read it on my 8-ball:D

I'm looking forward to the rematch. I'd like to make it out to a regular season game for Gilmer, but I hope I can at least see the L-E game in the first round.

I got a good laugh out of the Lake Worth pick because they aren't anywhere near that good...Their best hope of getting the 2 seed is knocking off Madison at home, which could happen because of how green Madison will be this season. Madison will be more talented than last year's squad, but not as experienced so Lake Worth could steal one this season on their home field.

The only way they beat Velt on the road is if Velt plays their worst game of the season. No one in the district will have an answer for McNeil.

yeah, but who do you put above them?

i think they are decent enough, and the teams behind them lose enough, that the only real arguments that could be made would be for the end of season results to have atlanta, pilot point and maybe west ahead of them, but these particular rankings just happen to be what i think they will be when the season starts

Atlanta lost a ton; i know they 'rebuild' the numbers aren't in their favor this year, especially since they lost a lot from last year when they were only a middle of the road playoff team

Pilot Point has to face a deeper district this year, West may or may not pan out, and i dont see anyone else in the district really going far this year, with really young teams all around.

Van could end up 9-1, and i think they are the most likely to surprise, but based on last year and their district this year, it remains to be seen what they will bring to the table (capable of greatness, but will they have it?)

I think what i am trying to say is Lake Worth is #8 because i just can't justify putting anyone else ahead of them yet, but all of those teams mentioned could finish so

I can justify moving them down. Velt is the team in the district with the most talent, hands down.

I'm at every Madison game. I'll be at the one in Lake Worth if you'd like to talk some before the game. To me that is probably the problem game on Madison's district schedule. Lake Worth gave them a very good 1st half last year and almost knocked off Velt until they made that 4th quarter comeback on the road last season. If you're back by the Madison game stop on by. It shouldn't be a large crowd for Madison as most of those folks aren't going to make that drive across the metroplex. They didn't have a real good crowd when they went that direction for Castleberry or Diamond Hill-Jarvis last season, but then again both those schools were awful so there was no real need to go watch either of them.

Besides that I stand out fairly easily amongst a Madison crowd. I'm not that hard to spot... :)
