Steroid Testing

What are you guys opinion on steroid testing this year( I think it is this year)?
Do you think it will have any affect?

I am fairly sure there are some in our district on the juice(in fact some are VERY obvious), but dont know how the testing will be conducted and what the penalty will be.

Any thoughts?

I am for it. If one life is saved or one kid decides against it because of the testing, then it will be a great thing. :)
