We use the 2950's, have about 15 of them. Just moved 7 of them to one of our other locations for disaster recovery. We also use a Power Vault for our backups.

well, one of the pe2950's will be attached to the md1000 and just be a ginormous storage array (i think its 9tb)...the other pe2950 will be a domain controller, and i have a pe 2600 to be my backup dc....i have a few other pe1800's for print servers, license servers, and some software hosting.....

most of our stuff had been on 2650's and 2850's, but we had to get something with a little extra, we have gotten a couple of the 2950's with 4gb of RAM and 6 hard drives.
