there's a lot of different ways to skin a cat. I'm guessing the TIVO has an RCA outs? If so you could connect a device like this (http://www.pinnaclesys.com/PublicSite/us/Products/Consumer+Products/Dazzle/Family.htm) and it would get the job done. Maybe others have another option.
