It's Hump Day and the AC is finally going to start working again at my office today.. they said by noon - It's been out since last Monday - the entire unit, duct work - entire ball of wax had to be replaced..... so HAPPY HUMP DAY all :)

Theres your problem, your tryin to cool a building using a ball of wax :doh:

yep - once we got rid of the waxy buildup - it was back to normal - the thermostat is at 92 right now - the guy just cut the unit on - wonder how long it will take to get down to 68?

now I find out he was just "making sure the connection from the thermostat to the unit" was working - he hasn't cut on the unit yet... OMG - it is miserable right now.. but there is light at the end of the tunnel.. (I keep telling myself that)
