FYI: New/revived Texas collegiate athletic programs ... all destined for the NAIA:

U. of St. Thomas (Houston)
Our Lady of the Lake U. (San Antonio)
U. of Houston at Victoria

U. of Texas-Brownsville recently joined the NAIA (this past school year was their first I believe)

you're correct on UTB. I think they just added soccer to their athletic dept. They have volleyball and baseball.

Former Astro Terry Puhl is now the head baseball coach at UH-Victoria. Solid player in his day & heck of a nice guy. Good luck to him. TP was one of my childhood heroes.
