They are both fine though. First thing I would of done when rescued is call up the lawyer, no buoys or anything to stop or warn you.

Then I would blame society for being so stupid.

Would go to court and hope to get the judge who sued the laudramat for $54 million for a lost pair of pants.

The guard rails up on the hill above the spillway with people watching the water must have been no clue at all.......

If you're going strictly off the video, I wouldn't be so sure about not having any warnings. The picture wasn't that great so you couldn't see a lot.

Lewisville Lake has been "officially closed and no boating allowed" since at least June 30. The idiots ought to be prosecuted for criminal trespassing.

Well in that case screw them then. I was wondering why some people would just be randomly filming a jetski, I guess thats why though

Yeah, I was wondering how in the hole somebody would just happen to be filming the spillway on a closed lake when some bozos on a jetski come flying over it??? Trying to make the next JackAss movie??
