Who will be the top 20 teams in 3A

I really don't know because there is alot of good teams out there.
For sure RICE, everman, bellville, sinton, jasper, burnett.

I think if anything it is going to be a very exciting year for 3a football and there is going to be some really good playoff matchups......I have one question though....where is Rice located at...I was just wondering never even heard of them?

It also includes Eagle Lake. The district is north of Wharton on old Hwy 90.
