Japan dominates France!!

Japan shutout France by a score of 48-0 in the first game of the IFAF World Championship held at Todoroki Stadium, Japan. Japanese QB Yuichi Tomizawa was 13-for-23 with 2 touchdown passes, both to WR Yoneyawa.

The Japanese defense dominated the game from the start by allowing only 59 yards of total offense. The French team was hit with twelve penalties which limited their production. Japan had 371 yard of total offense, 255 yards in the air and 116 on the ground.

France will play Sweden on Tuesday. Japan will play Sweden on Thursday
