my cell phone wont let me send pictures is there any way i can get my pictures onto my computer without file sharing?

What kind of phone do u have?? Did it come with a data cable? From my computer, I know on mine, I would have to shrink the picture down to 640 x 480 size before I could transfer it to my phone.
