Travis has been on varsity since he was a freshman. Just did not start because of the talent ahead of him. Played about four games his freshman year. Featured tailback his sophomore year, stats were not great because Marlin went to a passing game. Junior year started as the featured running back, but moved to wide out with another Junior Antonio Moore replacing him. Has also played quarterback in a style similar to Arkansas' Darren McFadden. Is currently listed at wide out and is reported to have pledged to Oklahoma State.

Like most high school players he has been listed at 5' 10" 175lbs since his freshman year. Currently listed at 6' 190lbs with a 4.5 40 time.
