you can now be banned from individual threads. So if bbde starts going Mr. Politician in a thread he can be prevented from posting in it. I think p4s said you can be prevented from posting, or posting and reading it.

I figured I would make the announcement(since no one else did and I was the guinea pig for it, thanks rita :p ) so there was no confusion when you randomly can't post in a topic.

I found it out a couple of minutes ago for "getting political" in the immigration thread..we'll see if this works both ways.. anyways i'll prolly be banned from this thread too so later

oops sorry...I forgot to post that I didn't see anything. Could the mods post in a thread that "poster X is banned from this thread" if/when that occurs? That way we don't have 37 others replying to some comment that poster made when they will never get a reply.
