I have been trying to keep up with my "stack" on my desk - I am taking off next Thurs and Friday and I hope to be "caught up" before taking off.......... (yea, like that's gonna happen) :cool:

Jose & Carlos are panhandling on the street. Jose drives a Mercedes, lives in a mortgage free house and has a lot of money to spend.

Carlos only brings in 2 to 3 dollars a day. Carlos asks Jose how he can bring home a suitcase full of $10 bills every day.

Jose says "Look at your sign. It says: I have no work, a wife and 6 kids to support".

Carlos looks at Jose's sign.

It reads "I only need another $10.00 to move back to my country."

not real sure - there is a slight chance we'll be going to Rockport for 1 night (depends if friend's house is full of "real family" or not) if they have room - we'll probably head that direction for a night or 2 - if so, I'll notify the necessary ladies ;)

Rita - we have Wills - we had some good friends killed by a drunk driver in 1985 and they left behind an 18 month old son and they didn't have wills - We had ours prepared not long after that - how bout an oil and gas lease?? oh wait, I need to have some land 1st - never mind :D

Rita - we have Wills - we had some good friends killed by a drunk driver in 1985 and they left behind an 18 month old son and they didn't have wills - We had ours prepared not long after that - how bout an oil and gas lease?? oh wait, I need to have some land 1st - never mind :D

I'm glad to hear that your affairs are in order. Everyone should have their affairs in order, but especially parents with young children!!

Johnny called me last Weds afternoon about 5:20pm - (he's working for his older brother in Florida for the summer) He asked what I was doing - I told him I was literally walking in the door from work and about to start supper. He said "Oh, so you had to work late today too?" I reminded him that we are an hour behind so no, I left the office about 5:10 just like always. He said he had worked OVERTIME "cause some guy messed something up" "and he was there from 5:30 AM to 5:30 pm" I guess he was expecting me to stroke him and tell him how awful that was - I just said "Be sure and work your full 40 hours so you'll be sure and get the 3 or 4 hours at overtime (time and 1/2)" He was so funny - I wish I could of seen the expressions on his face - then his daddy got on the phone - with FINANCIAL ADVISE........ OMG - that was a priceless call. He has no idea I "spy" on him via WellsFargo.com activity on his debit card - he still hasnt' figured out how I know when and where he's played golf, eaten, bought supper and when he's filled up with gas.......... I can't wait until the 1st semester of college - he thought High School was tough lol...........
Oh yea, for you NASCAR fans, Johnny is going with Chad and his boss to Daytona for some race or something NASCAR related the weekend after the 4th - is that when Daytona500 is?

No it is the Pepsi 400 but its held at Daytona... they do every race track/ speedway 2 times a year except road courses.:nerd:

Actually, my mood is a bit better. I just had one of my favorite customers bring me a really sweet card and a dozen red roses just to say thanks and to let me know how much she appreciates me.
