Lets bring back the star system

Remember when we could rate other posters by awarding them 1-5 stars?? and then whatever the average amount of stars a person is awarded was displayed below their user name.. That was fun lets bring it back

The reason it was taken off in the first place is because people started abusing it....and it then we had to listen to all the complaints.
