Well they can change without anyone knowing, so be sure to check them frequently.

Not exactly true. I try to post an announcement or a "sticky" when they change, especially if I'm the one that changed it, but when I do I usually catch grief from a select few.

Yes, when I registered for the site. I believe all rule changes are posted at the top and clearly explained, so there is no excuse for not knowing them.

Yes, I've read the rules. I don't know them by heart and I did have to look and see what was in Rule #3.

But, I can honestly say I have never called somebody a "female body part" in a PM. :D
