Yeah it does. In the two years in the playoffs Wharton played Burnet it had a college atmosphere to it. THey do bring a big crowd!

I've seen a picture of the all-time Texas high school record and national high school attendance record of 49,953 at Texas Stadium for the 1977 State Championship game between PNG and Plano.

SLC vs Trinity had to have over 55,000. The only empty seats are right at the end of the pan in the sunny part of the end zone.

they are lucky Port Isabel wasn't playin in the game, they'd have to start seating people around the hole in the roof just to even come close to how many people would be there

isnt' SLC a Dallas or Dallas area team? I can understand why there are so many people there. Was that the only team playing that day?
