Yeah, odd looking weather system there.

In Houston, I got woken up by some rumbles of thunder. Went outside and saw the lighting over to the NE and thought....naw it's not gonna hit my place.

Sure enough, it came barrelling through, lightning shooting off everywhere, I couldn't sleep! There were some very close lightning strikes that kept me up for about 2 hours. Needless to say, I'm a freakin' zombie at work right now

I dunno what it's doing. It seems to be spinning itself around like a low pressure now, which is going to give us isolated storms as it pulls moisture off the coast. But if it reorganizes itself again, we might get the bront of it. This storm has proven that weather defies all logic.
