The state and national recognition grows for Jorrie Adams. Congratulations Jorrie.
Per the Beaumont Enterprise Jan 25, 2003:
"The Parade All-America team, the 40th annual for high school football, will appear in the Parade magazine in Sunday's edition of The Beaumont Enterprise.
It is another in a long line of honors for Adams, who was named all-state in Class 3A this week by the Texas Sports Writers Association. He played in the U.S. Army All-American Bowl high school football game on Jan. 5 in San Antonio. He also was Dave Campbell's Texas Football's Class 3A Player of the Year, the Gatorade Player of the Year for Texas and a first-team All-USA offense selection by USA Today."
