Who all is going to buy it for ps3/xbox 360??? I sure wish they could set up online play between the two systems. Anybody (emerson) have a suggestion on where to look for a good, reputable league for the upcoming season?

Leaguedaddy is good. I used that when I played ps2, not sure if there are a lot of 360 leagues. I am looking for a good one on their though

360leagues.com is one I am joining. They use LD aswell.

We will have to have a 3adownlow league to

They had a community day last week, everywhere I read said it was 1000x's better than 07. Just google ncaa football 08 community day or something.

People expected it to just be a transition from the Xbox with all the bells and whistles BUT

With the move to 360 it was like starting over..They concentrated on gameplay, and graphics..THIS year the bells and whistles are back and I think it will be a 100% improvment

i've been looking at consumer reviews and apparently the xbox360's are failing at 40% clip. overheating the 3 red arrows on the power button. LOTS OF OVERHEATING! scares me with something of that price. other problem people are complaing about is the freezing up! on the other hand ps3 is getting rave reviews but unless you have a 1080p not worth buying because you aren't getting what you pay for in better graphics. now the blueray is impressive but they are barely tapping in to its capability. PS3 has the better option as far as not going obsolete with regards to capability but little game choice and expensive essentials to garner its full potential

360 has had it's share of problems, but it's usually the same 1 thing and it's a quick fix. Has a 1 year warranty to.

If you are interested in blu-ray go with the ps3, only reason to spend so much right now. There are no games out worth spending that much. You aren't paying for better graphics, right now anyways most ps3 games are ports from the 360 so they don't look any better anyways. I read that ps3 only has 8 exclusive titles out right now.

What size TV do you have? If you have a HDTV under 50", you can't tell the difference between 720 and 1080.

360 has better online support to.

if Tech really comes out as a B+/B+/B then I'll take that any day. With all of the uncertainty at WR, OL, and Defense...the record looks to be somewhere between 7-5 (maybe) to 10-2 (highly doubtful)...so B+ sure looks good to me :)

I wonder if you can customize you high school, district, ect.

Emerson1

No. You start in the first round of the playoffs. Depending on how far you and how good you play is how it determines what schools offer you.

You might be able to change the uniforms to whatever color you want though.

for those in the Dallas and Houston areas...today's DMN and HC papers have ads for Frys where they will sell the games for $10 below normal cost tomorrow. The ad shows ps2 for $40 and 360/ps3 for $50. You should be able to take the ad in to Wal-Mart at midnight for them to price match! ;)
