How was the trip?

It was awesome. I met some great folks down there and picked up a little bit of Spanish too.

The hardest thing was going to the women's prison. In Argentina, women can keep their kids with them in prison up to the age of 4. Most of these kids have never seen the moon. Some have never walked on grass. They've never had a pet. They've never experienced anything that most of us take for granted. We even sang happy birthday to a 2 year old girl while we were there. It was tough to keep it together after that. Two pregnant women even got into a fight before we started our concert.:(

All that said, I'd go back in a heartbeat. I just have to get over this sinus infection that I caught on the plane ride home.
