Maybe the same reason it takes you 5 minutes to shower, but an hour to "get ready". ;)

My clothes washing/dryer routine has been cut in half since Little44 has been in Florida - but when I do dry clothes - I put the shirts in for about 10 minutes to "heat up" then I take them out and hang them up to complete the drying process - does anyone else do this to avoid "shrinkage"? :p

An hour?!?!?!?!

What the heck do you do??

I can shower, dry my hair, fix my hair, put makeup on and be dressed and out the door in WAY less than an hour!!!

it takes me at least an hour to finish... included in my time is my ironing.

yep, when I remember to take them out.

I also like to wash certain things inside out (like t shirts with writing on them). In my mind, it preserves the lettering...probably a crock. ;)
