It will be covered daily by the Versus Channel and it starts on July 7. This may be the year that an American doesn't win since Lance is retired and Floyd is not entering but it still will be a great race. Plus you get to see the great scenery of France and other bordering countries and the game actually starts off in London, England!!
The main contenders are expected to be last year's runner up Oscar Pereiro, Alexandre Vinkourov and Alejandro Valverde. Even though he isn't a favorite but Levi Leipheimer could surprise and challenge. Also Yaroslav Popovych could challenge (he was one who helped Lance for several years).
So get ready to enjoy a great tour with great coverage and comentary.
