burnett...can you elaborate why you think "no way" on Needville??

Not saying you're right or you're wrong but we return almost everybody from a 7-3 team that lost an overtime game to get in the playoffs. And having one of the best running backs in the state is a positive as well.

there are always a few teams that make a big jump from the middle of the pack in the next year, if things turn out right

Needville just happens to be a trendy pick, like Graham or Pleasanton or even Jasper to make somewhat of a rebound

agreed

23 comming back total

a 5' 9" qb @ 157
line is light
1 guard at 241
then a tackle at 237
then it falls off a lot

may have lost a lot on D

traditionally middle of the road

i agree with the sexy pick

Burnett...we run the wing-t. Our line averages 215 and they're very athletic. Perfect o-line for the wing-t. Our Qb is 5'9, 157 but he's a helluva football player that can really run. He's also our FS if that means anything. Our D, is going to be the best part of our team. But, I wouldn't expect you to agree. After all, you know everything.

And you say "It falls off a lot". You have no idea what you're talking about. This is BY FAR the most depth we've EVER had. Our JV was 9-0 and the 9th grade was 10-0. We're definitely deep.

Thanks Nostradamous.

Actually Burnet...none of our O-linemen are D-line starters...

remember, this is a snapshot of what i think the landscape will look like come week zero, not how i predict the teams will end up

hopefully, like in years past, i can rank the teams weekly this fall---although i will say i've slipped a little since i haven't been able to watch too many games over the last three years
