What is the Ryan Leaf Passing Camp?
The camp is designed to improve individual players’ fundamentals
in decision making, mechanics and ability specifically for the
quarterback and receiver position. The camp will focus on one-onone
interaction with Coach Leaf.
• You will be taught the proper techniques for both the quarterback and
receiver position. Each camper will enhance his football skills through
drills and scrimmages, conducted by the former NFL quarterback
and current WTAMU quarterbacks coach Ryan Leaf. The drills, which
are also designed to emphasize decision making and accuracy, are
the same taught to WTAMU quarterbacks and receivers, who have
helped the Buffs rank at the top of the nation in passing offense in
each of the last two seasons, and bring home several individual All-
American honors.
Following the conclusion of the session, campers will have the ability
to stay in contact with Coach Leaf as they progress into their fall
seasons and future careers.
