Hardin Jefferson state champs in basketball.

Jasper state champs in baseball.

Also HJ beat district rival Silsbee in OT at the regional finals to advance to state. Jasper beat district rival Bridge City 8-6, 6-8, 2-1 in the regional finals to advance to state.
