If all are healthy I would expect to see the following offensive line:

LT Flozell Adams
LG Kyle Kosier
C Andre Gurode
RG Leonard Davis
RT Marc Colombo

I don't see anyway that Big Leonard will start at tackle. The man is a guard, a big giant behemoth of a guard, and a fill-in at tackle if need be. If he's starting at tackle Romo better have his track shoes on and do his best Fran Tarkenton impersonation.
